The sprayers and mat are awesome. They're the best things I've purchased for a while. I bought a set for my sister with a different colour top, so we both have a mixed set, they're great. Your delivery partner is not as good as other on-line shops. It took over two weeks to get my order and the communication was not as good as other places.
It arrived damaged after waiting for an eternity for it. Asked for a refund because didn't want another based on my experience of waiting and poor packing that wasn't good enough for a fragile glass item, resulting in damage in transit. They only offered a replacement. Which I don't consider good enough. Will not use the company again.
The order took just over a month to arrive and when it did arrive one of the bottles was in bits, so of no use. Please refund me for this broken bottle.
Cheap knock off. Website falsely advertised the meat meter pro then send a cheap counterfeit version Currently pursuing a refund through PayPal. DO NOT BUY

This is from my first order and I love them. Recently I purchased another two for gifts but don’t think they’re the same quality. The spray lever and pour latch feel a little feeble
A round stainless steel rack is not going to fit in a rectangular shape bowl. Also it is much smaller than your advertisement implies. Quite disappointing
So glad I got both yellow and green - green for olive oil and yellow for vegetable oil. Great product!
What a piece of rubbish. The small saucepan from first use has started to loose its coating & has continued to do so after further use. I have been working with Chef Solutions to obtain a replacement over 3 months only to be told after 3 follow up emails that it is not to be replaced. I have purchased from Chef Solutions previously however will not be purchasing from them again. Customer Service is non existent!
One of my dispensers was smashed. I have emailed twice and noone has responded
The pouring spout has a cap that doesn’t seat after it has been lifted so it never seals properly. The spray applicator forms a drip of oil after every pump that either lands on the bench or runs down the side of the bottle. Really messy and disappointing at that price.

I think it is hard to see in the video but this item is supposed to send out a spray but it just squirts the oil so I might as well have saved my money (and quite a long wait for delivery, self assembly required) . I can get the same effect from drizzling oil from a bottle. This does not cut down on the amount of oil used. Very disappointed.
One of the dispensers arrived broken. I reached out to customer support 29 July 2026. They requested photos which were supplied. They agreed to replace the item once I confirmed the address. I confirmed the address on August 3 2026. It is now August 25 2026, there has been no replacement and no futher acknowledgement.
They don’t spray, they squirt
You only sent one bottle instead of two and the tube inside the one you sent is snapped. Terrible service...also the holder for the two bottles ordered appears different, seem to remember it being a wooden type of holder with two distinct spots for the two bottles, it looked nice...this item ordered is no longer appearing on your website and I was sent an ugly piece of rubber instead. I would like a full refund please... Would you like me to send your broken bottle and ugly piece of rubber back to you or Chuck in the bin?

No replying to emails regarding broken items on arrival. 2 emails I have sent and I have never heard back. At this point in time I cannot recommend your company.
I received my order of two oil vessels. The one with green lid works as advertised. Sprays perfectly, pours and when tipped doesn’t leak. The one with black lid didn’t spray, cap didn’t sit down like the green one. Hubby eventually got it to spray by shortening uptake tube a bit but lid still doesn’t sit down. When tipped it leaks. I’ve sent numerous emails and very saddened to say that there has been no satisfactory solution. I am now being ignored. I purchased these for a dear friend and had to purchase an alternative and that really sux. I didn’t wish to have to add a review like this but when you get ignored and have a faulty product that doesn’t function as advertised and no number to call what does one do?
This base is great as it keeps the oil leakage from the spray bottles off the bench.
I requested a return and NEVER got my return slip emailed to me. I went through all the necessary channels to get my money back, but haven't heard back from anyone! I'd like a full refund ASAP!

I got this on offer and I’m gifting one to a friend. It’s absolutely brilliant. Super impressed. Spray and pours. Two in one design great. Holds a really good amount of oil. The photo doesn’t do it justice. Love the Smokey glass looks cool in my kitchen. Definitely recommend.
Great quality
Works really well. Don’t hold too close to what you are spraying as my first squirt just dribbled. Thought I had made big mistake but just separated and it has been fantastic since. Having spray and pour in one bottle is fantastic. Also looks great in the tray on my bench.
The air frier arrived, totally unbadged and far, far smaller than the one advertised. It came with a circular mesh insert that was far too big for the square glass unit. I provided a video of this complete misfitting mesh, but despite my many attempts to elicit an explanation from customer services, they insisted that it would fit if I bent it out of shape until it jammed in place. They even provided a video of a staff member doing just this! I eventually insisted on a returns label and a full refund at their expense, and customer services then went through the usual charade of offering increasing percentage refunds. When I further insisted on a return they gave me a lengthy Chinese returns address despite the company “proudly” advertising themselves as being a “100% Australian Company”, and insisted that I should pay for returns postage despite this being contrary to UK consumer law. I eventually had to settle for a 45% refund to avoid ridiculous returns postage fees. I would not touch this charlatan company again with a double length barge pole. They are a terrible internet scam of a company.
